We are 70 Tory Suites and Apartments, managed by Urban Rest Holdings Pty Ltd (ACN 616 048 938) (“Urban Rest”). Our principal place of business is at Suites 401 and 501, 529-531 Elizabeth Street, Surry Hills, NSW 2010. In this Privacy Policy, when we say “we”, “us”, and “our”, we mean Urban Rest.


As an organisation, we are committed to protecting your Personal Information. By accessing, using, and browsing our Website and Software, online booking platform as a “Guest” and property marketing platform and tools as a “Host”, including any associated services and functionality, and social media pages (collectively, “Services”) you consent to us collecting, using, and disclosing Personal Information that you supply in accordance with this Privacy Policy.


Our Services may also be available for access through booking agents or host platforms owned and operated by third parties (“Hosting Platforms”) in which case additional Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions may apply to the Services and must be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.
